 | MIDNIGHT WALK for St Leonard’s Hospice offers you the chance to take a walk on pavements and cycle paths around the centre of York to raise funds for the work of the Hospice – and the whole thing starts at midnight on the Longest Day – Saturday 21 June. The six-and-a-half mile circular route of the St Leonard’s Hospice Midnight Walk starts and finishes at York College on Tadcaster Road. Walkers will check in between 10.30 pm and 11.30 pm. There will be a short warm-up before the walk begins at 12.00 midnight. The walk will be led throughout and supported by trained First Aid staff. PLEASE NOTE: REGISTRATION FOR WALKERS IS NOW CLOSED. NO FUTHER REGISTRATIONS CAN BE ACCEPTED, AND WE CANNOT TAKE PEOPLE ON THE NIGHT OF THE WALK ITSELF. Registered walkers can still take a sponsor form and to raise as much money as they can.
