Take part in the Weekly Prize Draw

You can help St Leonard’s Hospice and have the chance of winning cash prizes for only £1 per number per week in our Weekly Prize Draw.

Here’s how the Draw works:

When you sign up for the Weekly Prize Draw you receive your own personal number - yours for as long as you play. Your number is unique so you won't ever have to split your winnings with anybody. You can have as many Unique Game Numbers as you wish. And because it's a local prize draw you're in with a real chance!

Winning numbers are drawn every Friday by an independent computer bureau - with 16 guaranteed prizes totalling £700 each week. Winning numbers are published in the local press - or you can check them out at the Hospice or any of our Hospice Shops. And you don't have to claim your prize to win it – when your number is selected the cheque goes out to you automatically in the post.

It's easy to play, with three ways to pay:

• by Direct Debit - complete the form and return it to the addess given. (PDF file)

• by Cheque/Postal Order - complete the form and return it to the addess given. (PDF file)

• by Home Cash Collection (where available) - complete the form and return it to the addess given. (PDF file) Our Representatives carry official identification for you to inspect and will give you a receipt along with your Unique Game Number.
