Hi from Lenny

What's this all about, then?

Fancy having fun and helping St Leonard’s Hospice? Then keep reading!

Hospice? What are you on about?

Good question with an easy answer; a Hospice is a cool place that people that have got illnesses they can’t get better from can visit. They can get help from a gang of brainy people who know all about this kind of thing. Nice one hey!

What really happens in there?

Forget anything bad you have heard about Hospices, it's rubbish; they are amazing places and St Leonard’s Hospice is up there with the best! We try to make our patients' lives as good as poss, which to us includes having fun, taking part in wicked activities and making new mates. Not only do we offer support for the patients and their families, we also make people feel better so they can get on with life and keep their symptoms under control.

Yeah, so what can I do?

Well, our Hospice is totally free to patients and their families, which means we rely on people like you guys (yes we mean you) to help Fundraise. Cashishe, Benjamins, Dolla, Brass, Wonga and Moola, whatever you want to call it, we need to make it! We also use Volunteers to help run the Hospice and if you are up for it you can get involved with loads of events and have a laugh at the same time! Excellent innit!
