Josephine Anderson (Hadfield née Trippett).

Josephine was a wonderful mother, wife, sister, grandparent and an incredible force in our family life. She was a special person, singularly determined in everything she did, Josephine’s aims in life were quite simply to live, laugh, and spend (not necessarily in that order)! Strong minded, she wouldn’t suffer fools gladly! Josephine always had a sense of style and sophistication in her dress which was always reflected through her bright and colourful personality. Josephine fought her lengthy illness with courage, strength and dignity. She was taken far too soon and there are no words to say how much she is missed. She will always be remembered in our hearts and memories. Our unreserved thanks go to the staff at St Leonard’s for their compassion, care and dignity they gave to Josephine in the short time she was there.

Well done Mum! We've had a blast and you've been epic; an inspiration, hero, mentor, best mate, an awesome mother and unique human-being. A brave fight to the very end, you had it in control right up to your final celebration. Keep laughing and smiling, I and we will miss you, never forget you and always love you xxx 'To the happy, you're at peace, and to the faithful, you'll never leave.'
