Entrants should be 18 years or over at the time of application and must be a genuine couple who intend to marry. Employees of Marriott Hotels are excluded from entering. If you already have a confirmed wedding booking, or are currently holding potential wedding dates, with Marriott Hotels, you are excluded from entering. Strictly one entry per couple and only online application forms will be accepted. We reserve the right to exclude anyone from the competition, at any time, if the conditions of entry or any other aspects detailed in these terms and conditions are not adhered to. All chosen couples must be able to attend on all key dates and will be required to fundraise for St Leonard’s Hospice. The Judging panel’s decision is final. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure the best possible wedding experience, with the highest possible quality at all times, the Promoter is not responsible for any aspect of the prize, including unsatisfactory quality or late delivery. The Promoter is not responsible for any failure in email or online systems which result in an entrants’ entry not being received by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this competition if it is required to do so due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.

Entrant’s personal data, including telephone numbers and addresses, will be collected by the Promoter, St Leonard’s Hospice, and will be used to process entries. The Promoter will also provide entrants’ names and contact details to all Prize Providers, for the purpose of arranging the prize, or any discounts offered to runners up. By entering the competition, participants consent to the storage and processing of their personal data as described here, which shall be strictly in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation (GDPR). Entrants agree that the Promoter and Prize Provider have the right to publish and communicate to the public the photographs, in any media format, including, but not limited to, online, at all times without restriction or limitation throughout the world, and not only for the purpose of the competition. Entrants agree to assign to the Promoter the title to any intellectual property rights or interest that they may have in the photographs. Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter may edit the photographs and entrants agree, not to bring against the Promoter or the Prize Provider, any actions, suits, claims and demands in respect of proprietary rights of any sort from the Promoter’s use of their photographs. By entering the competition, all entrants assign to the Promoter all rights (including present and future copyright) in their entry and their publicity materials in all media (including, without limitation, the internet) and whether in existence now or created in the future.
