Relief Shop Manager

In this role you will support the network of Shop Managers, particularly on those occasions where they are unable to work.  You will be responsible for ensuring the correct financial procedures are followed in order to comply with Hospice policies.  A willingness to help and support other shop managers is vital in this role.
 
This is an established and key role within the Hospice, contributing towards fundraising budgets.  Stamina and a good sense of humour are paramount, together with a creative eye, good display skills and innovative ideas to boost shop takings.
 
Basic administration and PC skills are essential, but more importantly is the ability to lead and motivate a team of volunteers.  A calm and logical approach; together with problem solving skills are required to resolve and address any customer service/dissatisfaction issues.
