Businesses to host Christmas Bouquets
St Leonard’s Hospice is appealing for local businesses to host one of their ‘Chocolate Bouquets’ in the run up to Christmas this year.

Businesses to host Christmas Bouquets

Each year the Hospice takes hundreds of pounds worth of chocolate, lots of which has been donated, which are then made into eye-catching bouquets by volunteers. Businesses from the local area can then ‘host’ one of these bouquets, raising £100 or more in the process.

Each bouquet is hand delivered to businesses around the area, along with a St Leonard's collection box, a 100 squares raffle sheet and an envelope with the winning number inside. Then staff and customers pay £1, choose a square and the winning square is drawn when all numbers are taken, or just before Christmas – whichever comes first.

Annie Keogh, fundraiser at the Hospice, said “We rely heavily on the support of local people and businesses, and this is a great way to support us at Christmas. We are still looking for donated chocolate and also businesses to host the bouquets so I’d love to hear from anyone who can help!”

The money raised is vital in helping St Leonard’s Hospice continue to care for local people. If your business could donate chocolate or host a bouquet, please call Annie on 01904 777 767.
