Our highly experienced team is committed to delivering the highest standards of support to adults (aged 18+) in our local community. You do not have to have a connection with the Hospice to access our help.
Although we can’t do it face-to-face just yet we are available on the telephone.
Call 01904 708 553 to self-refer for ongoing bereavement support, where you will be directed to a member of our team.

Call 01904 777 772 for immediate, in the moment support. This support line is open Monday to Friday 10am – 4pm in partnership with ‘Just B’ Bereavement Support where we will...

talk through with you the best way we can support you
• be a listening ear if you need someone to talk to
• offer emotional support enabling you to talk openly about your feelings
• signpost you to other services and resources that you might find helpful, if needed

We also offer bereavement support for children after someone close to them has died in the Hospice. Here's a beautiful reading of 'No Matter What' by Debi Gliori, read by actor and producer Greg Wise. It is a lovely story about children’s worries and a parent’s endless capacity for love. We find this book very helpful in children’s bereavement sessions and we hope you will find it a helpful resource in these challenging times.
